This Refund Policy applies to the research services provided by Uttam Singh Bais, a Research Analyst registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India.

1. General Policy

All fees paid for research services are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered under specific circumstances as described in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A client may request a refund only under the following conditions:

The service has not yet started after payment.
Payment was made twice due to a technical error.
The service cannot be provided due to operational reasons from the Research Analyst.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

After the research service has already started.
If the client has already received research reports, trading views, or analysis.
If losses occur due to market movement after acting on research.
Investment decisions are the responsibility of the client.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the client must send a written request including:

Registered Email ID
Payment Details
Reason for refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 working days of payment.

5. Refund Processing Time

If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

6. Regulatory Disclaimer

Investment in securities markets is subject to market risks.
The Research Analyst shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by clients based on research views or market recommendations.
